Brewing Update: February’s Winner – Packaged!
4.29.17 – Packaging Day! The beer is going into bottles as we write! This Double IPA tastes great, the hops and mango balance perfectly. Just a little longer and it will be out the door.
4.10.17 – Do The Dry Hop! This beer is dry hopped with swarms of Dr. Rudi, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and El Dorado. The label for this beer is also quite awesome!! It will be coming out in the next couple of weeks so hang tight for the release of this awesome beer!
3.10.17 – The winner Rob is brewing with us (and 🙂 Katherine). Great brew day! The entire brewery smells incredibly hoppy and wonderful. The beer is happily fermenting away and the label is pending government approval. We are well on our way to releasing this awesome beer!
