A nice fluffy-headed unfiltered German Pilsner (or Munich Helles) blended with an herbal lemonade, made with a mixture of Alpine herbs including sage, elderberry, and edelweiss.

  • 1# Lemon Puree @ Secondary
  • .25oz Sage @ Secondary
  • .5# Elderberries or Elderberry puree @ Secondary
  • 2oz Edelwiess Flowers @ secondary

  • Saflager 34/70
Malt bill
  • 90% Pilsner Malt
  • 5% Carapils Malt
  • 5% Flaked Wheat
Boil time
  • 60
Hop regimen
  • Hallertau @ 60 mins (35 IBUs)
  • Saaz @ 15 mins (5 IBUs)
  • .5oz Saaz @ Dry Hop

  • 12P/1.5P

  • 40

  • 5.5%
