Jalapeno golden stout A spicy yet rich golden stout beer. Although light in color, will surely delight you with its white chocolate undertones and a spicy jalapeño finish. This beer is made with vanilla beans, cacao nibs, cocoa butter, lactose and Jalepenos.

  • 5oz Dark Roasted Cacao Nibs (secondary)
  • 1oz Vanilla Beans (secondary)
  • 8oz Lactose (boil)

  • Wyeast 3522 Belgian Ardennes
Malt bill
  • 8lbs Ashburne Mild Malt
  • 2lb Victory Malt
  • 1lb Flaked Barley
  • 1.25lb Flaked Oats
  • 1lb Special Roast Malt 50L

  • 1.5oz Brewers Gold @ 60 mins
  • 1.5oz Saaz @ 5 mins
