A beer based on Wisconsin's famous cocktail. An amber lager with orange, cherry, and bitters spices aged in brandy barrels.

  • 4lbs Cherries, Pureed @ Post Aging
  • .5oz Juniper @ Post Aging
  • .5oz Cinnamon @ Post Aging
  • 1oz Coriander @ Post Aging
  • .25oz Star Anise

  • 1lb Flaked Oats
  • 1.5lb Aromatic Malt
  • 8lbs Pale Malt
