Inspired by Wisconsin’s famous Old Fashioned cocktail, this Ale is aged in brandy barrels blended with muddled orange, cherry, and bittering spices. In true Wisconsin style - enjoy with a fish fry or deep fried cheese curds, why don’cha.

  • 2lbs Oranges, zest and juiced @ Post Aging
  • 4lbs Cherries, Pureed @ Post Aging
  • .5oz Juniper @ Post Aging
  • .5oz Cinnamon @ Post Aging
  • 1oz Coriander @ Post Aging
  • .25oz Star Anise

  • 1lb Flaked Wheat
  • 1lb Flaked Oats
  • 1.5lb Aromatic Malt
  • 8lbs Pale Malt
  • 2lbs Amber Malt
  • 2lb Vienna Malt
