Basil Grapefruit Kolsch

A delicious salted caramel stout made with 0% real camels.

The Shocker is a double IPA (India Pale Ale) with hops, hops, and more hops. Hops is the point. The color is gold, the aroma is lovely, and the taste features a complex mix of hoppy goodness from a variety of Amarillo, Simcoe, Warrior, and Citra hops added at five different times during the brewing process: piney, spicey, citrusy, and floral notes!

This is poking fun at the "coastal elite" phrase from the conservative pundits. I chose bitter because it is a fun way of turning an awful situation (for non-profits/worthy organizations who are being defunded or underfunded) into a positive thing (through beer)! I saw a piece about how craft breweries in Portland are doing a similar thing. MKE shouldn't be left out of such a great idea.

A subtle peanut butter undertone with a red apple flavor and slight ginger spice.

Flavors of different nuts, chocolate, and cherries

Stout brewed with Honey, Vanilla beans and of course, cinnamon for a beer with notes of toasted nuts, Cinnamon spice, and Vanilla with mild background of Honey.

A Double IPA clocking in at around 8.5% brewed with oats for mouthfeel, and Wai-iti, Galaxy, and Rakau hops for juicy peach flavors

Vanilla cream ale, with hints of nutmeg with 25% aged in rum and another 25% aged in brandy barrels for up to six months and then blended back together!

Flanders Oud Bruin blended (18 months aged in oak and 6 months aged in Oak Bourbon Barrels). Fermented with Gooseberries.

A nutty brown ale brewed with cherries. It would be creamy, smooth, and malty with a tart cherry lacing: a perfect snack for a sunny winter's day.

A Slam Dunk for beer fans. Everything you love about Belgian style beers, with MVP-caliber drink-ability and the strength of Shaq Diesel.

Cascade and Citra Hopped IPA with Montmorency Cherry Juice in secondary

Milkshake version of a Black IPA. Creamy body crafted with oats and roasted malt, and a smooth, hoppy finish.

IPA made with Cascade, Warrior and Tomahawk hops. For the many people who love the POW of hops upfront and a nice crisp finish!

A tropical piña colada IPA. A little coconut. A little pineapple. A whole lotta ABV *Can guarantee authentic Hawaiian hula dancers at opening if beer is chosen

A tart Hefewiess beer brewed with Pineapple bananas and papaya flavors aged in used wine casks and dry hopped with Sorachi Ace.

An imperial IPA with a generous malt bill and a great combination of bittering and aroma hops. Sweet orange peel complements the passion fruit, melon, lemon, peach, and grapefruit notes imparted by Citra and Amarillo hops. The Hefe yeast imparts an additional banana nose and flavor to create a topical treat.

A hazy, super citrusy, NE IPA with an orange zest, creamy mouthfeel and hoppy backbone.

A pineapple mango sour wheat beer.

Bright orange, with hints of dates, apricot, and/or walnuts.

Imperial Milk Stout brewed with vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, and oak chips

Use a Jack Daniels whiskey barrel and back fill with a well flavored IPA, with higher alcohol content, let age gracefully. Thanks for the citrus shanty party on 4.15.18

Sweet Stout with Cocoa Nibs and Strawberries, and remember, DLS are more pleasurable when shared.
