Malt bill
- 3lbs caramel 90L
- 1lb American chocolate malt
- .2lb black patent
- 3lb liquid dark extract
- 10lbs Two Row Malt
- 1lb malto dextrin
- 2lb brown sugar
- 2lb oaks flaked
Hop regimen
- 1 oz mythos @ 60min
- 1 oz crystal @ 20min
- 1 oz crystal @ 5min
