    A Flanders-Style Red Ale aged in French and American oak. Displaying notes of cherries, dried fruit, and kilned malts.

  • Diligence Peach

    A Saison primarily fermented with French Saison yeast. Aged in oak and conditioned with brettanomyces and aged on peaches.

    • ABV: 6.8%

  • Trees Time and Vines

    Old Ale aged in oak for 12 months then conditioned with Brett. Bruxelles and Claussenii with secondary fermentation on Medjool dates, golden raisins, and figs for 12 months.

  • Ode etta Sahti

    Finnish-style ale brewed with spruce and Juniper aged in barrels for 10 months with brettanomyces bruxellensis yeilding malty sweet flavors layered with pine and tart funk.

    Golden Ale blended from 10, 16 and 20 month barrels fermented with Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus. Aged on Appleblossom and Kumquats

    Lime and Thai Basil Gose. Lime and salt forward and ending with Thai basil

    Blended sour ale refermented with oodles of blackberries and raspberries that will leave you feeling berry nice!

    Sour blended with crushed grapes. A unique blend of sour tartness, wood, barley, grapes and time come together for a unique experience. Sour on the Vine pours a deep purple.
